LC99 fits comfortably as long as you have at least 76cm of width × 76cm of depth under your desk. It's 512mm wide, with plenty of room for your feet, so there's still ample space to rest them even when you pull your chair in close.

As a freestanding footrest that isn't tied to any particular chair, it works with most chairs — from office chairs to dining chairs. If you change chairs, you simply readjust the footrest height.

The maximum rated weight is 50kg, more than enough to rest both feet and lean back comfortably. That said, please avoid standing on it or subjecting it to sudden impact.

With 9 holes each at the front and back — 81 combinations in all — you can set the height anywhere from 5cm to 19cm. Turn the side knob with your toe to change it right where you sit, no tools required.

Once your order is confirmed, items ship on business days in the order received. Exchanges and returns for a change of mind are accepted within the period set by the applicable law, with round-trip shipping at the customer's expense; for defects or shipping errors, we cover the cost.

Because it's a product you use every day, we built it with a 10-year warranty. For manufacturing issues that arise under normal use, we'll help with repair or parts replacement in line with our warranty policy.

We currently ship to Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, the United States, Canada, and China. Delivery typically takes about 20-30 days for Japan and Hong Kong, and about 40-60 days for Singapore, the US, Canada, and China. You'll see an estimated arrival window for your country on the order page, and shipping is free during the ROUMO Welcome period.

For US orders, customs is prepaid - the amount shown at checkout is final. For Canada, local taxes (GST/HST) and a small handling fee may be collected on delivery; customs duty is 0% under the Korea-Canada FTA. For China, a postal import tax of approx. 13% may apply on delivery. Japan, Hong Kong, and Singapore orders in our price range are generally not charged additional duties.

We accept PayPal. You can pay with your PayPal balance or a card linked through PayPal's secure checkout. A 10% discount is applied automatically during the ROUMO Welcome period, and first-time visitors get an extra 5% coupon (WELCOME5) for 24 hours after their first visit — one use per customer, applied automatically at checkout.
