How much space do I need under my desk?+
You can use the LC99 comfortably with just a minimum of 76cm wide × 76cm deep of clear space under your desk. We designed it 512mm wide so there's plenty of room to rest your feet, leaving ample foot space even when you pull your chair in close. If there's a drawer or a tower under your desk, measure the available space and reach out — we'll check the fit together.
What chairs can I use it with?+
The LC99 is a standalone footrest that isn't tied to any particular chair, so you can use it with most chairs, from office chairs to dining chairs. Because you adjust the footrest height to match your chair's height, switching chairs simply means setting it again. If you use a floor-seating setup or a special chair, let us know along with your under-desk space and we'll advise on the fit.
What's the maximum load?+
The LC99's maximum rated weight is 50kg, designed to comfortably support both feet as you rest them. This figure is based on everyday use — resting your feet and shifting your posture — so you can use it with confidence. That said, please avoid standing on it or subjecting it to excessive impact, as this can lead to product damage or safety issues.
How do I adjust the height?+
The LC99 has 9 holes each at the front and back — 81 combinations in all — letting you set the height anywhere from 5cm to 19cm. You adjust it by turning the side knob with your toes, so you can change it right where you sit, no tools needed. Setting the front and back to different heights also lets you fine-tune the angle of your feet, so we recommend finding the position that feels best for you day to day.
How do shipping and exchanges/returns work?+
Once your order is confirmed, items ship out in turn on business days, and we'll send you a dispatch notice once it's on its way. Exchanges or returns for a simple change of mind can be requested within the period set by applicable law from the date you receive the item, provided the product and its components are in intact condition; in that case, round-trip shipping is at the customer's expense. For product defects or wrong deliveries, we'll handle the exchange or return promptly at our expense, so please contact our support team with photos of what you received.
Warranty & After-Sales Service+
Because the LC99 is something you use every day, we built it with a 10-year warranty so it stays with you for the long run. Manufacturing issues that arise during normal use are covered by our warranty policy, with repair or part replacement. If you have any questions during use or need a check-up, gather your purchase details and a description of the issue and contact our support team — we'll see it through to the end.
