Refund & Return Policy
ROUMO hopes you love the product you receive. We will assist with returns, exchanges, and refunds according to the guidelines below.
Requesting a Return
- Please contact hello@roumo.kr with your order number within 14 days of delivery.
- Once your request is received, we will provide the return address and instructions. Please do not ship the item back before receiving our instructions.
Change of Mind
- Available only for unused, unopened items in resalable condition (including all components and packaging).
- International return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. If your original order shipped free of charge, the actual outbound shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
Defective or Incorrect Items
- For product defects, damage in transit, or incorrect items, ROUMO covers shipping both ways and will provide a free exchange or a full refund.
- For the fastest resolution, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos.
Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item passes inspection.
- The actual posting date may vary slightly depending on your payment method or card issuer.
10-Year Quality Warranty
- We provide repair, replacement parts, or exchange for structural defects arising from normal use, for 10 years from the date of purchase.
- Natural wear of consumable parts, cosmetic damage, and damage caused by unauthorized modification or misuse are not covered by the warranty.
