Countries We Ship To

  • Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, United States, Canada, China

We are currently unable to ship outside the countries listed above. Please select your destination country on the order page first; if your shipping address differs from the selected country, order confirmation may be delayed.

Shipping Fees

  • Free shipping to all supported countries during the ROUMO Welcome period. Promotional terms may change; the final shipping fee is confirmed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Japan, Hong Kong: approximately 20–30 days
  • Singapore, United States, Canada, China: approximately 40–60 days

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and local conditions. Select your country on the order page to see an estimated arrival window.

Order Processing

  • Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, and a tracking number is emailed to you at dispatch.

Customs & Import Charges

  • United States: customs is prepaid — the amount shown at checkout is final.
  • Canada: local taxes (GST/HST) and a customs handling fee (approx. CAD 9.95) may be collected on delivery. Customs duty is 0% under the Korea–Canada FTA.
  • China: a postal import tax (approx. 13%) may be collected on delivery.
  • Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore: additional duties are generally not charged in our price range.
